NRL Grand Final pre-match entertainment wows fans
Mahalia Barnes and Emma Donovan wow fans on NRL Grand Final day.
Barnes, the daughter of Australian rock icon Jimmy Barnes, stepped forward in front of the NRLW Grand Final at Accor Stadium just hours before the Winter Chisel front man was scheduled to lead the pre-show entertainment.

Mahalia Barnes has teamed up with Emma Donovan and Western Sydney hip-hop queen A. GIRL to star in Australian drama, 'The Real Thing'. The collaboration between the three artists of different genres left fans wanting more.
Channel 9's Luke Bradnam tweeted: “What a voice! I am now looking forward to Barnsey and Barnsey's cover of Simply the Best. "
Barnes, a powerful soul and blues singer, has stepped it up when his father goes to court tonight.
Channel 9 estimated that more than 40,000 fans watched the trio's performance. More than 80,000 fans will be there for kick off tonight.
It's been a crazy week for Barnes, as he received his bachelor's degree from the University of South Australia earlier this week along with famous Star Trek actor George Takei.
Jimmy Barnes, meanwhile, is getting ready to play the NRL Grand Final for the second time - seven years after he missed out on the 2015 grand final, backed by the rest of the Cold Chisel line-up.

7.30pm - NRL Grand Final kick off, Penrith Panthers v Parramatta Eels
